Right of Withdrawal

EU & UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the day after the product is delivered. Exclusions for Supplements and Food Products: This right does not apply to perishable goods or products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons. Supplements, being consumable products, fall under this exclusion once they’ve been opened, as they could pose a health risk if returned or handled incorrectly. Unsealed or opened supplements cannot be returned once delivered. For returns of sealed and unopened supplements please contact us at help@incitenutrition.co.uk

Cancellation of Orders Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel an order before it is delivered, please contact us at help@incitenutrition.co.uk If the product has already been shipped, please refuse delivery. Once the product is returned to stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a supplement or food product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. It's important to report such issues promptly to our customer service team at help@incitenutrition.co.uk
